Full Job Description
As an HR Operations Manager at Rolls-Royce in Bengaluru, India, you will lead the delivery of Operational Global Business Services (GBS) People Services within the India center. Your role involves driving transformation, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with group policies, regional/country legislation, and risk management. Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for operational service delivery and performance across regional HR processes.
- Manage key business relationships and stakeholders to deliver core People Services.
- Lead and direct teams of Team Leads and service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate with outsourced vendors to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure adherence to group policies, regional/country requirements, and risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with process owners to implement change control and operational improvements.
- Provide operational reporting, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in HR service delivery, preferably in large-scale operations.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, lean process management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in customer service protocols, HR service technologies, and vendor management.
- Proven track record in insourcing HR processes from third-party vendors.
- Experience in Service Management and delivering service excellence.
