LogiQuad Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment alongside core HR generalist and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable handling diverse functions.

Job Overview

  • Role: HR & Operations Executive with IT Recruitment focus
  • Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
  • Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, referrals, and vendor partners.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles such as DevOps, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Cloud, AI/ML, and Data Engineers.
  • Facilitate staff augmentation for multiple positions.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities (Finality of Compensation, documentation, Last Working Day coordination).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and essential HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage asset management, including software licenses and access control.
  • Ensure maintenance of statutory and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with the accounts team for payroll inputs.
  • Manage leave tracking and attendance records.
  • Coordinate annual appraisal cycles.
  • Administer insurance management, including employee health insurance enrollments, renewals, and updates.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist and HR Operations functions.
  • Solid understanding of payroll coordination and basic compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities autonomously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with prior experience in IT Recruitment, IT, or Business Development will be advantageous.
  • Experience within an IT services or SME environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with is a plus.
  • Minimum academic achievement of 65% or above throughout education.
