Human Resources Manager Role at CanApprove in Thrissur
CanApprove is seeking a strategic HR Manager in Thrissur to lead all aspects of Human Resources. This role is pivotal in supporting the Managing Director and ensuring the efficient management of the entire employee lifecycle. You will leverage an HRMS to streamline operations from talent acquisition through to payroll and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and shortlisting diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate with branch administrators for smooth employee onboarding, including document verification, and manage the offboarding process with exit interviews and clearances.
Performance and Career Management:
- Conduct monthly performance reviews, identifying top performers for career advancement and providing support for underperforming employees.
- Identify skill gaps and implement Learning & Development initiatives to boost workforce productivity.
- Oversee salary increments, career progression, and promotion cycles based on performance data.
Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, reimbursements, and statutory claims.
- Manage time and attendance, including biometric data, leave requests, and permissions, ensuring policy compliance.
- Assist the MD in reviewing and updating compensation and benefits to maintain market competitiveness.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, conducting thorough investigations and implementing resolutions.
- Develop, update, and interpret HR policies, ensuring staff understanding and adherence.
- Maintain comprehensive personnel files (digital and physical) and generate monthly HR analytics and reports for executive review.
Strategic Coordination and HRIS:
- Act as an executive liaison with the MD for critical decision-making, organizational restructuring, and high-level HR strategy.
- Ensure full integration of all HR processes within the HRMS to maintain data integrity and support digital transformation.
