Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day HR activities, implementing effective HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, and supporting business growth through efficient people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, operations, and corporate positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
  • Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
  • Monitor recruitment turnaround time, hiring costs, and position closure rates.
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.


• Employee Lifecycle Management:
  
  • Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
  • Manage probation reviews, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
  • Coordinate notice periods, handovers, exit interviews, and full and final settlements.
  • Ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.


• Payroll & Compensation Management:
  
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave records, and deductions.
  • Verify payroll data, reimbursements, incentives, variable pay, and salary revisions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
