Role Overview
Tracxn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional with a strong operational mindset to manage end-to-end HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, meticulous attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and collaborative work with employees and internal stakeholders in our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance
Execute comprehensive HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, performance management support, and offboarding.
Ensure high accuracy in HRMS, employee records, and payroll data.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to statutory and policy compliance.
Manage HR ticketing dashboards, resolving employee queries within defined turnaround times (TATs).
- Employee Lifecycle & Relations
Conduct engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to help new hires integrate seamlessly into Tracxn's culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Communicate HR policies, processes, and action items with clarity and effectiveness to all stakeholders.
- Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain critical HR trackers using MS Excel, including MIS, reports, and data analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions and actively support their implementation.
- Employee Engagement & Support
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal company events.
Collect and channel employee feedback, suggestions, and grievances to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a comparable HR role.
- Proven hands-on experience with HR management systems (HRMS), payroll coordination, and employee data management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, standard processes, and legal compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, enabling effective communication and relationship building.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach to tasks.
- A proactive, team-oriented player with a strong 'get-things-done' attitude.
