Full Job Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an HR Compliance Enablement Lead in Austin, TX. This role is instrumental in establishing, executing, and overseeing enterprise-wide HR compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure strict adherence to all employment laws and internal policies, proactively manage compliance risks, and support audit readiness through close collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include implementing and troubleshooting complex HR processes, consulting with HR leaders on improvements, testing new HR solutions with HRIT, and contributing to significant country or regional employee-impacting projects. This position also involves resolving intricate HR support cases, managing escalations, providing input on HR operational tools and transactions, leading complex HR outsourcing transitions, supporting M&A activities, and developing and delivering training programs for new HR initiatives.
