Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner will ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and systems within defined parameters and timelines. The goal is to foster delighted, engaged, and productive employees across the assigned region. This role is also responsible for meeting manpower requirements and providing comprehensive HR administrative support to both new and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive internal hiring through Internal Job Postings (IJPs).
- Engage with employees to enhance retention and productivity.
- Proactively manage attrition by analyzing trends and implementing targeted retention and engagement initiatives.
- Create and maintain organizational organograms and manpower plans for critical business departments.
- Lead the department's participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, implementing strategies to improve Trust Index scores.
- Resolve all employee queries and HR operational issues accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the training and development team to identify individual skill gaps and implement appropriate training interventions.
- Design and execute employee engagement plans tailored to the unique needs of various functions.
- Publish periodic reports for management and cultivate a healthy and competitive work environment.
- Drive employee performance management by promoting a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements
- Post Graduate / MBA.
- 8-10 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably within the Banking or NBFC sector.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and persuade at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to develop strong, respectful relationships, inspire confidence, and build trust.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to build constructive working relationships across the company.
- Strong organizational planning and execution skills.
