HR Business Partner - Bengaluru, India
First Advantage is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align organizational processes, systems, and culture with key business priorities. This role involves designing optimal organizational structures, understanding cultural needs, and driving effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmark HR activities and implement initiatives based on industry trends.
- Facilitate performance development, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- Design and execute employee engagement frameworks (town halls, rewards, recognition, leadership connects, Fun@work) to enhance retention and productivity, informed by engagement survey results.
- Develop and maintain processes for employee engagement, motivation, communication, grievance handling, counseling, and communication channels.
- Anchor retention initiatives for the business unit.
- Drive succession planning and other key talent management initiatives.
- Provide HR solutions, develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and processes.
- Manage employee communication and grievances, maintain employee relations, conduct regular 1-1s with key personnel, and escalate risks.
- Facilitate skip-level meetings to identify areas for improvement and propose engagement interventions.
Critical Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to influence and partner across all organizational levels to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Capacity to coach managers and supervisors on best practices.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; adept at document and report preparation.
- Strong presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build a positive work environment.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to influence and drive initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed B-School.
