Key duties include preparing and analyzing HR data, providing solutions, and presenting business recommendations. The position also requires coordinating HR initiatives, acting as a liaison between HR functions, and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and communication of HR programs, policies, and processes. Furthermore, the Associate will serve as a primary contact for various HR systems and processes, assisting the line of business with projects such as position management, requisition support, and organizational design.
