Wellington Management, a prominent global independent investment management firm, is seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join its Generalist team in Boston, MA. This role will offer critical HR strategy and support to various investment groups, with a focus on talent management, strategic talent projects, and fostering growth and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on talent activities such as employee transitions, compensation analytics, and performance management. The HR Analyst will also partner with the Data Management and Talent Analytics team for employee trend analysis, including diversity and historical data. Global Mobility support, onboarding, and coordination of global HR processes like performance management, compensation studies, and DEI initiatives are also central to this position. This role requires acting as a project manager for strategic talent initiatives, providing HR reporting and analysis, and analyzing talent data for trends and patterns. Continuous intellectual curiosity and staying current on HR topics are essential, with potential for future leadership opportunities and advising Business Networks.
