Hiring Medical Coders for Remote Home Health Coding Positions (Day Shift, 5 Days/Week)

We are seeking experienced Medical Coders with expertise in Home Health Coding to join our remote team. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Coding and demonstrate proficiency in:

• ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Medical terminology, anatomy, and coding compliance
• OASIS documentation and PDGM grouping methodology

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, Follow-up, Transfer, and Discharge documentation
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes based on clinical relevance and Home Health regulations
• Determine primary and secondary diagnoses from OASIS assessments
• Ensure coding accuracy by cross-referencing physician documentation, nursing assessments, and therapy evaluations

Requirements:

• Certification in CPC/CCS/CIC/COC
• 2+ years of Home Health Medical Coding experience
• Own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi for remote work
