Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join a technology-focused team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of reliable software applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, or frontend applications as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C++.
- Knowledge of version-control systems like Git and databases/APIs is an advantage.
Salary
Indicative range: €58,000–€88,000 gross per year. The final package may include paid holidays, pension contributions, health benefits, and flexible working options depending on the employer.
