Hiring: Java Developers – IAM/IGA SailPoint Career Transition Program
Role: Java Developer specializing in Identity Governance & Administration (IAM) using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

Role Overview
We are looking for passionate Java Developers eager to learn and specialize in IAM/IGA technologies. Selected candidates will undergo a structured program covering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Java-based customization, BeanShell scripting, workflows, application server administration, platform upgrades, and implementation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support IAM/IGA solutions using Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Leverage BeanShell scripting for customizations and business logic.
- Configure workflows, lifecycle management processes, and identity governance capabilities.
- Manage application servers (Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic), including deployment and troubleshooting.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, migration, and environment validation.
- Develop integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications/directories.
- Troubleshoot issues via log analysis and incident resolution.
- Assist with automation, access provisioning, reviews, role management, and lifecycle processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of Java development experience. Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP, exception handling, collections, and debugging.
Familiarity with REST APIs (JSON/XML), SQL, and application integration concepts is required. Knowledge of frameworks like Apache Tomcat or JBoss is desirable.
