Join Vaco Binary Semantics as an IT Recruiter and play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent to fulfill our organization's staffing needs. This dynamic role requires a deep understanding of technical job requirements, effective candidate attraction strategies, thorough interview processes, seamless coordination with hiring managers, and the management of an end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers or clients to understand intricate technical job requirements.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, professional networking, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical proficiency and behavioral fit, and shortlist candidates.
• Efficiently schedule interviews, maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle, and manage follow-ups.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of IT roles, including Developers, Testers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps specialists, Data Engineers, and Architects.
• Lead salary negotiations, finalize offers, and ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for newly selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, meticulously track key hiring metrics, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Actively build and nurture a robust talent pipeline to address future organizational requirements.
• Stay abreast of current market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring strategies within the IT sector.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong understanding of essential IT skills and technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud computing, DevOps practices, Testing methodologies, and Data Engineering principles.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience utilizing popular job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other effective sourcing tools.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in negotiation and building strong candidate relationships.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technology tools.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in IT recruitment, with the specific level adjusted based on the candidate's expertise.
