Artech is hiring a Customer Support Executive for its Noida office. This role requires working in a night shift and involves managing customer data efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by accurately and quickly processing orders.
- Address customer inquiries about products and orders via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Professionally and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Sales Team to boost customer satisfaction.
- Generate customer reports and compile price sheets.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the North American market.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Have the ability to problem-solve and perform effectively under pressure.
