Hiring Business Analyst Role

Global Healthcare Billing Partners is hiring a Business Analyst (1-3 Years Experience) in Velachery, Chennai.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position within the Operations/Analytics department. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to understand business needs, analyze data, and define functional and system requirements. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into structured documentation, support data-driven decisions, and contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, reporting requirements, and system functionalities.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Converting business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Performing SQL-based data analysis to validate reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Supporting API integrations by documenting data flows and interface specifications.
• Creating process flows, data mappings, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborating with development and BI teams on system configuration and data models.
• Conducting functional and manual testing for system enhancements.
• Planning and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Tracking and resolving defects in coordination with technical teams.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business rules.
• Identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and proposing effective solutions.
• Providing post-implementation support and contributing to continuous improvement.
