Head of Human Resources

As we expand our kitchens, cities, and teams, we are seeking a dynamic People leader to spearhead our organizational growth. This hands-on Head of HR role is designed for an individual passionate about building from the ground up in a fast-paced environment, adept at merging strategic vision with practical execution. The specific title and responsibilities will be tailored to the candidate's experience and capabilities.

This role will collaborate closely with founders and business leaders to establish robust people systems, refine hiring processes, cultivate our company culture, implement effective performance management strategies, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• People Operations & HR Systems: Develop and optimize HR processes, policies, and operational rhythms. Lead HRMS implementation and drive process automation. Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and compliance. Enhance scalability and efficiency across all HR operations.
• Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders on comprehensive hiring strategies and workforce planning. Design and implement effective hiring processes for both corporate and operations teams. Elevate the candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and improve hiring quality. Oversee recruiters and hiring operations efficiently.
• Performance & Culture: Lead performance management processes and manager effectiveness initiatives. Develop frameworks for goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee development. Foster a strong culture of engagement and enhance internal communication. Collaborate with founders to maintain a high-performance, yet grounded, organizational culture.
• Business Partnership: Work intimately with functional leaders to address people and organizational challenges. Support organization design, team structuring, and key leadership hiring. Apply strong judgment and practical decision-making to daily people-related matters.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to HR compliance, documentation standards, labor laws, and process hygiene. Collaborate with finance and legal teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-12 years of experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies.
• Extensive exposure to HR operations, talent acquisition, and business partnering.
• Proven ability to scale teams and build processes from inception.
• Capacity to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with hands-on work and an execution-focused approach.
• Prior experience managing both corporate and operations/workforce-heavy teams is advantageous.
