Head of AI Platform

MongoDB is seeking a dynamic Head of AI Platform, GM to spearhead the development and scaling of a new AI Applications Platform. Leveraging the trust of millions of developers, MongoDB is building the future to enable seamless creation, deployment, and management of AI applications at an enterprise scale. In this General Manager role, you will own the business, vision, and execution for this critical platform. This unique intrapreneurial opportunity positions you as the CEO of the product line, with end-to-end responsibility for its success, including direct oversight of the R&D organization (Engineering, Product, and Design). As the VP & GM, you will lead the 0-to-1 transition, defining the technical architecture, assembling a world-class team, and scaling the platform to support thousands of customers building production-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate can engage in deep technical discussions on AI concepts and present strategic commercial growth plans to the board. This role can be based in our San Francisco and New York City offices or remotely within the United States.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
