Full Job Description

We are seeking an AI and automation leader who works directly with business teams to understand processes, identify technology opportunities for measurable value, and build practical solutions. You will automate workflows in commercial leasing, PMO tracking, deal analysis, finance operations, or residential sales pipelines. This is a hands-on role requiring you to get into the details, work with existing systems, drive adoption across the organization, and initially manage highly technical tasks before potentially building a team.

Responsibilities:

Audit workflows in commercial leasing, residential sales, PMO, finance, and transactions to identify high-ROI AI opportunities.

Translate business problems into practical solutions using LLM APIs, RAG, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier), and related technologies.

Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI tools.

Integrate solutions with existing systems like CRM, ERP, and accounting platforms.

Establish foundational data hygiene, documentation, and workflows as required.

Collaborate with business leaders to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Manage resistance to change ensuring day-to-day operational usage.

Track measurable outcomes including time saved, efficiency gains, cost reduction, throughput, and productivity improvements.

Present impact via clear business metrics to senior leadership.

Help establish the organization's AI roadmap from scratch.
