Hardware & Network Engineer

Infynno Solutions LLP, a growing IT solutions firm located in Ahmedabad, Gota, is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Hardware & Network Engineer. This role is crucial for managing, maintaining, and supporting our organization's hardware and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of system operations, encompassing hardware devices, networking, credentials management, security protocols, and effective troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other company hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Undertake hardware troubleshooting and repair tasks efficiently.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of CCTV systems and other associated hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain biometric attendance systems.
• Monitor and manage the network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware and network inventory records.
• Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day IT operations of the organization.
• Manage user credentials, implement data security measures, and restrict the use of personal devices within the network.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Assets Management.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, IP addressing, routers, switches).
• Familiarity with CCTV and biometric systems.
• Proven hardware troubleshooting and repairing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in system operations or IT support is advantageous.
