GUIDEWIRE SCRUM MASTER

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Scrum Master to join our team in Pune. This role is pivotal in facilitating Agile practices within a Guidewire software environment. You will be responsible for organizing and leading key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring productive and inclusive participation. A primary duty will be identifying and removing impediments, addressing both technical and organizational challenges to maintain seamless team progress. As a coach, you will guide the development team and Product Owner in understanding and effectively implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices, mentoring them to enhance their skills. You will foster a self-organizing team environment where members are empowered to take ownership. Progress and performance will be tracked using tools like burndown charts to provide insights into velocity and areas for improvement, with regular updates shared with stakeholders for transparency. Facilitating retrospectives will be key to encouraging a culture of learning and adaptation. You will act as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Guidewire software modules (Policycenter, Billingcenter, Claimcenter) and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a Guidewire context. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working with Guidewire Software. A Guidewire Associate Certification is mandatory, with other Insurance Domain Certifications being a plus.
