GTM Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a GTM Engineer (m/f/d) for a full-time, fully remote position to architect, automate, and scale the outbound and growth systems powering our clients' sales pipelines. You will operate at the critical intersection of data engineering, automation tools (Clay, N8N, Make), AI integration, and GTM strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize complex GTM workflows and automations using Clay, Zapier, and Make.
• Maintain robust data pipelines focused on enrichment, intent signal detection, segmentation, and suppression logic.
• Elevate performance metrics for outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns through rigorous analysis.
• Enforce high standards of data quality while developing custom business logic and reporting tools that scale personalization.
• Collaborate directly with founders, sales teams, and marketing departments to deliver measurable revenue impact.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in GTM operations, growth engineering, product development, or technical ops roles.
• Strong technical proficiency, including coding abilities and a deep understanding of SQL/data logic.
• A proven track record of deploying automations that create tangible business value.
• The builder mindset: curious, structured, and capable of rapid problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is an advantage).
