Naptha AI, a dynamic AI startup based in Mumbai, India, is looking for a skilled Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer with full-stack development expertise. This pivotal role involves designing and building innovative technical experiments to effectively demonstrate our advanced AI technology to a developer audience.

Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will be responsible for creating compelling demo applications, seamless integrations, engaging interactive landing pages, and intuitive developer onboarding experiences. • Design and construct technical GTM experiments, including demo applications, integrations, and interactive landing pages.
• Work directly with founders on small-scale initiatives, guiding them from conception to product launch.
• Integrate our AI technology into practical, real-world use cases, clearly showcasing its value to developers.
• Develop mini-tools, plugins, or prototypes to rigorously test product positioning, features, and distribution channels.
• Implement lightweight analytics to meticulously track outcomes and facilitate rapid iteration.
• Foster close collaboration with backend engineers and product teams to ensure both speed and alignment.

Actively engage with early adopters, primarily developers, to solicit feedback, provide support, and understand what resonates most effectively.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, preferably within early-stage startups.
• Proficiency in front-end development (React, Next.js, or similar) coupled with strong backend familiarity (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer tooling is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and ship quickly, prioritizing learning and iteration over perfect code.
• Comfort engaging directly with users via calls, writing documentation, and implementing production fixes.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure tools.
• Bonus: Background in growth engineering, developer advocacy, or building developer-focused products.
• Bonus: Experience in environments driven by experimentation and iterative development.
