About This Role

Naptha AI is seeking a talented Go-to-Market Engineer with full-stack development skills to join our innovative AI startup in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will design and build technical experiments that showcase our cutting-edge AI technology to developers. You will work directly with our founding team to create demo applications, integrations, interactive landing pages, and developer onboarding experiences. This position is ideal for engineers who combine strong technical abilities with a growth mindset and desire to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design and build technical Go-to-Market experiments, including demo applications, integrations, and interactive landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with founders on small initiatives, guiding them from idea conception to product launch.
• Integrate Naptha AI's technology into real-world use cases, effectively demonstrating its value to developers.
• Develop mini-tools, plugins, or prototypes to test product positioning, features, and distribution channels.
• Implement lightweight analytics to measure experiment outcomes and facilitate rapid iteration.
• Partner with backend engineers and product teams to ensure development velocity and strategic alignment.
• Engage with early adopters, primarily developers, to gather feedback, provide support, and understand product adoption drivers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, preferably within early-stage startups.
• Demonstrate strong front-end development skills (React, Next.js, or similar) and solid backend familiarity (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer tooling is highly advantageous.
• Exhibit a strong ability to build and ship code rapidly, prioritizing learning and iteration over perfection.
• Be comfortable engaging directly with users through calls, writing documentation, and implementing quick production fixes.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure tools.
• Bonus: Background in growth engineering, developer advocacy, or building developer-focused products.
• Bonus: Experience in environments driven by experimentation and continuous iteration.
