Growth Hacker

About this role

This is a full-time, on-site Growth Hacker position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will design and execute experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting clear growth objectives and building comprehensive funnels for analysis.
• Running A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates.
• Working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify new growth opportunities and improve user journeys.
• Scales successful initiatives while monitoring key performance metrics and interpreting web analytics data.

Who we are looking for

Candidates should possess strong skills in Growth Hacking, Conversion Optimization, Web Analytics, and Marketing Strategy. Experience designing experiments (A/B tests) is beneficial. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, product analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems is preferred.

Success requires strong quantitative abilities, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the capacity to collaborate cross-functionally while communicating insights clearly in both verbal and written forms. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment coupled with a relevant bachelor's degree are highly advantageous.
