Savine is seeking a strategic Founding Growth Hacker to spearhead user acquisition and drive growth from the initial stages to large-scale expansion. This is a hands-on role focused on establishing robust growth systems from the ground up, rather than traditional marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the entire growth strategy from concept (0) to scale.
• Conduct rapid experiments across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, developer communities, and tech ecosystems.
• Innovate by transforming product features into viral loops and distribution channels.
• Quickly identify high-performing strategies and scale them effectively.
• Engage directly with users to gain insights into behavior and retention.
• Develop and implement repeatable, scalable growth mechanisms.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of growing a product, page, or community.
• Emphasis on strong execution and rapid iteration over just ideas.
• In-depth understanding of internet culture and the developer audience.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
• Comfort and adaptability in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
