About This Role
We are seeking a Growth Engineer at Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform. In this role, you will build systems that convert visitors into active traders and advocates, focusing on features like referral systems and onboarding flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end growth features across onboarding, referral, and market discovery flows from specification to production with proper measurement.
- Build and maintain core growth surfaces including leaderboards, referral code systems, invite flows, and social share mechanics.
- Partner with marketing to transform half-formed GTM asks into clearly scoped engineering work while pushing back on ideas that won't move key metrics.
- Instrument every feature shipped with robust event tracking and funnel analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Run A/B experiments, analyze results with statistical rigor, and make informed decisions to kill, iterate, or scale initiatives quickly.
