The Opportunity

Sujho Ai is building an AI Teaching Assistant platform to support India's 1.5 million tuition teachers by providing AI-powered tools that scale personalized attention. We are assembling a core team for this mission.

The Role

As a Growth Associate in the Founder's Office, you will collaborate directly with the founder, taking on diverse responsibilities spanning research, community building, customer support, and operations. Your primary goal is to facilitate learning about user needs, effective messaging, and optimal product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Educators and Students: Conduct structured conversations with IB, ICSE, and CBSE teachers in Delhi-NCR and other cities to understand pain points, test product assumptions, and build relationships. Cultivate a teacher advisory group of 8-12 educators.

• Community Building: Seed Sujho's products into relevant WhatsApp groups, education forums, and teacher communities. Become a trusted presence by engaging authentically within user communities.

• Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, bug reports, and feedback via the WhatsApp support line upon product launch. Leverage support interactions for product insights.

• Synthesize Learnings: Compile monthly one-page syntheses of teacher feedback, product data patterns, and community engagement successes. Initially draft these reports for founder review, with the goal of owning interpretation over time.

• Operational Coordination: Act as the liaison for outsourced digital ad management and influencer campaigns, reviewing work and ensuring timely deliverables. Manage logistics for educational conferences and vendor coordination.

What You Will Not Do

This role does not require expertise in performance marketing, influencer negotiation, or data science, as these functions are outsourced. Your focus will be on high-judgment, context-driven work.

Requirements (Day One)

• 2-3 years of experience in a startup, growth-stage company, or high-intensity environment (consulting, VC, founder's office).

• Ability to take vague briefs and deliver results independently.

• Excellent conversational and communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong written communication for outreach, support, and summaries.

• Comfort with data analysis using tools like Google Sheets and identifying trends.

• Availability for in-person work in Gurgaon, 5 days a week.
