Join GreenDrop, a forward-thinking and eco-conscious organization, as a Customer Service Attendant in Palmer, Alaska. In this vital role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to donors and embodying our commitment to making donations easy and environmentally friendly. You'll interact with donors using a positive and intelligent approach, greeting them warmly in your GreenDrop uniform. Your responsibilities include engaging in pleasant conversation, assisting with donation pick-ups from vehicles, and utilizing our company iPad to record donor information. You will also support truck drivers on donation routes, organize donations in the stockroom, and ensure the cleanliness of the site, both indoors and outdoors. Proactive supply management by filling out order forms is also part of the role. This position requires you to be on-site during working hours and perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
