Graphic & Web Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our team at Five Elements International School in Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana. This permanent, in-person role offers a flexible schedule and a salary range of ₹10,201.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month, with benefits including Provident Fund.

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs that align with our branding and business goals. Your key responsibilities will include designing website layouts, banners, landing pages, and web graphics. You will create responsive designs compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and develop UI/UX concepts for an enhanced user experience. Collaboration with developers, content writers, and marketing teams is essential. You will also design website wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, optimize website speed, performance, and usability, and ensure consistency with branding guidelines. Testing website functionality across browsers and devices, managing website content, implementing SEO-friendly design practices, and troubleshooting design-related issues will be part of your role. Staying updated with the latest web design trends and technologies is crucial.

Required skills include proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript. Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva is essential, along with an understanding of UI/UX principles. We are looking for candidates with creative thinking, attention to detail, and good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Designing, Graphic Designing, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in web designing is preferred. We value a creative mindset with strong visual design skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a problem-solving attitude with adaptability.
