Graphic Trainee

Graphic Trainee Position:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our creative team as Graphic Designers. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience looking to build a career in graphic design.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality print and packaging designs that align strictly with brand guidelines.
• Prepare precise artwork files for production runs, ensuring accuracy in every design execution step.
• Absorb best practices from senior designers while applying them to real-world projects under mentorship.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh concepts and innovative ideas.
• Demonstrate professionalism by accepting feedback constructively and promptly implementing necessary refinements.
• Maintain current knowledge of essential design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom (InDesign/Fireworks are beneficial) alongside emerging trends.
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks while adhering to strict timelines set by supervisors.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or an equivalent certified design course (currently pursuing recent completion is acceptable).

Experience & Skills:

• No prior professional experience required; 0 to 1 year of internship exposure preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of core graphic design principles and a sharp attention to detail are essential.
• A strong eagerness to learn, grow professionally within the graphic design sector is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills (both verbal and written) for team collaboration.
• Demonstrated proactivity in following instructions and taking initiative on assigned tasks.
