Graphic Designer & Video Editor

OSA Outsourcing Advantage is seeking creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designers and Video Editors to join their remote talent pool. In this role, you will create visually compelling content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and audience engagement across digital and print platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and multimedia assets. You will also edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key tasks include maintaining consistent brand identities, collaborating with marketing teams, and preparing final design files for production. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative field, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong portfolio evidence. Experience with motion graphics, social media marketing, and project management tools is a plus. English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required, along with availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
