- Required Skills Sets
- High quality design capability with great attention to detail is essential. Expertise required in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash for creating rich designs using effects, gradients, etc. Knowledge of creating templates/masters in PowerPoint and Word is mandatory.
- Creativity is a must; ability to create original designs from briefs and references. Comfortable working with creative instincts and in a Mac environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
- Activities/ Responsibilities
- Designing visual/graphic design themes and concepts for cutting-edge, interactive websites and web applications.
- Ideating and conceptualizing top-notch creative work for excellent clients.
- Execute client requirements including website designs, graphics (website/PowerPoint), e-marketing collateral, and multimedia.
- Design PowerPoint and Word templates to match specific client needs.
- Optimize designs for special uses: high rez for print and low rez for web.
- Help define overall site styles, imagery (page layout/screen schematics), and interactions (user paths).
- Create unique brand identities for the web and execute corporate re-branding projects.
- Document brand and design guidelines for clients.
- Continually evolve new design techniques, learn emerging front-end technologies that create significant value for our clients.
