Programmer/Analyst - Graduate Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.E., B.Tech) or MCA.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Java development (or Oracle Development).
Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in C, C++, Core JAVA, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support B2B Applications within a 24*5 support model.
- Daily monitoring of Sterling B2B Integrator and Oracle alerts to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze trouble tickets in the system for assigned issues, performing first-level analysis and gathering necessary information for resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer support services to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Address inter-company EDI support challenges effectively.
- Daily review of missing reconciliation reports; communicate with suppliers regarding overdue, rejected, or partially accepted transactions via email.
- Manage trouble tickets related to supplier and customer issues.
