Graduate Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Software Engineer for a full-time W-2 consulting role at Enhance IT. You will engage in technical work on client projects while gaining hands-on experience in programming, database management, statistics, machine learning, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Show familiarity with SQL and experience working with databases.
• Understand core concepts of statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Be knowledgeable about data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Location & Relocation

This is an onsite, in-office position. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere within the United States on a client project-to-project basis as required by business needs.
