Graduate Engineer - Site Evaluation and Remediation (SER)
Arcadis is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineers with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. This permanent role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful environmental projects.
About the Role:
We are looking for recent graduates with a M.Sc/M. Tech degree in Geology/Geoscience/Earth Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field. You should possess theoretical or practical knowledge in Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Site Evaluation and Remediation (SER), or Contaminated Site Management (CSM). Familiarity with digital tools such as R Studio, Python, KNIME, and Power BI, as well as CAD, GIS, (hydro)geological, geochemical, or subsurface modeling, would be advantageous. Field experience is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support for environmental reporting and data management, potentially utilizing databases like Locus EIM or EQuIS.
- Develop and generate formatted Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs), tables, figures, charts, and comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with senior team members on multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Process data from intrusive site investigations, including geological logs, and chemical/geotechnical laboratory data, for presentation and interpretation.
- Offer administrative support for projects, including data collection, documentation, staff training, and task management. Assist with budget implementation, forecasting, and administration as needed.
- Adhere to Arcadis' business management system, completing mandatory training, timesheets, and other required submissions.
