Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) to join our Pre-Fabrication Production Department. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on expertise in mechanical production, fabrication processes, and shop-floor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily pre-fabrication activities including cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing.
• Maintain quality standards by monitoring production plans and adhering to safety protocols.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and operators across departments like Pirana (Ahmedabad) and Kheda locations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome; experience is not mandatory but up to 2 years is acceptable.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of fabrication processes, and a willingness to work on the shop floor.
