Role: Graduate Developer

Role Overview: Joveo seeks a motivated Graduate Developer to join our dynamic engineering team directly from university. You will have the opportunity to contribute to backend, frontend, or full-stack development, aligning with your skills and interests. This role offers the chance to ship real features, accelerate your learning, and grow under the expert mentorship of our seasoned engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write production-ready code with guidance from senior developers.
• Acquire modern development skills, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.
• Contribute to the delivery of new features, resolving bugs, and enhancing the existing platform.
• Actively participate in team ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Cultivate robust technical expertise in at least one development specialization over time.
• Develop professional competencies through structured mentorship and dedicated career advancement programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduate holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-focused discipline.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals in at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with foundational web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
• A strong inclination to work across both frontend and backend development.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to learning.
