Role: Graduate Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview: Joveo is seeking a Graduate Developer to join our engineering team directly after university. You will have the opportunity to work across backend, frontend, or full stack development, based on your strengths and interests. This role involves shipping real features, rapid learning, and professional growth under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write production code with guidance from senior developers.
• Learn modern development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code review.
• Contribute to feature delivery, bug fixing, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Participate in team activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Develop strong technical foundations in at least one specialization over time.
• Enhance professional skills through structured mentorship and career development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language.
• Familiarity with basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
• Exposure to version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
• A desire to work across both frontend and backend development in the long term.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to learning.
