Role Summary:
As a Hardware Engineer on the Graphics team at Qualcomm India (Hyderabad), you will plan, design, optimize, verify, test electronic systems, bring-up yield, and develop new flows/methodologies to improve Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) on state-of-the-art GPU cores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including microarchitecture design, technology, power, implementation, and post-silicon groups.
- Develop algorithms for PPA improvement working closely with RTL design and ASIC flows (RTL to GDS).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering plus 4+ years / 3+ years / 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience respectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Verilog, System-Verilog, and EDA tools like Synopsys Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, and PrimePower.
- Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL) for automation.
