We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace Migration Engineer to lead our technical migration initiatives. This role is ideal for customer-facing consultants with a proven track record in deploying and configuring the full suite of Google tools.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing robust identity management architectures, executing complex data migrations from legacy systems (Exchange, OneDrive, Box), and conducting workshops to showcase core Workspace products. Your expertise in security administration, mail routing, and endpoint management is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consulting: Lead technical consulting roles with a focus on client success and adoption.
• Deployment & Configuration: Master configuration of Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sites, Mobile access, Chat, Meet, and Editors within the Admin console.
• Data Migration Strategy: Utilize Google Workspace Migrate to seamlessly transfer data from OneDrive, Exchange, Box, and other sources.
• Security & Architecture: Provide expert security recommendations for administrative settings, design primary/secondary domain structures, and implement user provisioning automation strategies.
• Workshops & Training: Conduct interactive workshops to configure core products and demonstrate Admin console roles effectively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with Gemini for Workspace, AppSheet, and Apps Script.
• Experience managing Chrome endpoints, Mobile device management (MDM), and Networking protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT consulting or system administration.
• Location: India (Client on-site required).
• Status: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
