Unifit Realty is a Gurugram-based real estate advisory firm focused on premium residential properties and high-value investments. We are looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation and paid digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and YouTube.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for qualified property buyer enquiries.
• Generate high-quality leads for premium residential projects in Gurugram, targeting buyers in the 2 crore–10 crore+ segment.
• Develop audience targeting strategies for HNIs, investors, NRIs and affluent homebuyers.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, audience segments and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Track and optimise CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and relevant CRM integrations.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to assess lead quality and improve enquiry-to-site-visit conversions.
• Identify and resolve campaign disapprovals, tracking issues and policy compliance problems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in real estate lead generation, preferably for residential projects in the premium segment.
• Strong understanding of Google Search campaigns, Meta lead campaigns, retargeting and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with landing pages, lead forms, tracking tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with Gurgaon real estate projects and buyer profiles will be an advantage.

• Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.
• Campaign efficiency and advertising budget utilisation.
