Google Media Buyer

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to independently manage paid search campaigns for high-growth D2C eCommerce brands. This is an ownership role, not a support position; you will execute strategies from day one, working directly with the founder and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns for diverse eCommerce portfolios.
• Optimization of Google Merchant Center feeds, ensuring product data health (titles, descriptions, labels) to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Rigorous keyword research, negative keyword management, and search term hygiene maintenance.
• Daily monitoring of critical metrics: Spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, Impression Share.
• Proactive identification of budget anomalies, tracking errors (via Google Tag Manager & GA4), and campaign inefficiencies.
• Data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and preparation of clear performance reports for client calls.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience independently managing live Google Ads accounts.
• Expertise in eCommerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, CPA, Revenue, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Solid proficiency with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Merchant Center feed management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision.
