Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to lead paid acquisition efforts for NoctiX, a growing D2C wellness brand. This role is critical for scaling revenue across India and global markets.

Your Mission

• Architect and execute high-ROAS campaigns on Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta (Sales, Retargeting).
• Leverage GA4, GTM, Pixel, and Conversions API to ensure precise tracking and attribution.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce UGC-heavy content that converts wellness-conscious audiences.

Key Responsibilities

You will own the full lifecycle of performance marketing: from audience segmentation and keyword research to budget optimization, A/B testing creatives/copy, and detailed reporting. Your focus is on lowering CPA while maximizing revenue growth in both domestic (Delhi/Noida) and international regions.
