Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist in Noida, India (Full-time, On-site) to manage paid search campaigns for our diverse portfolio of travel clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the setup and optimization of high-performing Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Conduct rigorous keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and execute strategic bid management to maximize ROI.
• Analyze complex campaign data using Google Analytics to derive actionable insights for continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, preferably within B2C or service-based sectors like travel.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SEM fundamentals, basic SEO concepts, and conversion tracking implementation.
• Show exceptional skills in keyword research, A/B testing, Excel reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
