Bitronics is seeking a talented Golang Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and reliable backend services that power our platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices leveraging the Gin web framework.
- Utilize Gorm for efficient database interaction and management.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure high availability and peak performance.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers for seamless API integration.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and maintainability.
- Employ Docker for containerization, ensuring services are readily deployable in production environments.
- Actively participate in code reviews to uphold high software development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Continuously improve and refactor existing codebase for enhanced scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework to deliver impactful features.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing production-grade applications with Golang.
- Strong proficiency with the Gin framework for web applications and API development.
- Hands-on experience with Gorm ORM and relational databases, with a focus on PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in using Docker for containerizing applications and services.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated experience in writing unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- A strong grasp of software development principles, including object-oriented design, clean code practices, and SOLID principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Redis, Kafka, or similar.
