Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer (Golang + React) | Remote India

Status: Immediate Hiring • Type: Permanent/Full-Time
Location: Fully Remote – India (Pune Division open to relocation or hybrid)
Experience Required: 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Arcitect & Build SaaS Platforms: Design and scale next-generation enterprise applications serving millions of users using modern cloud-native technologies.
• Backend Engineering (Golang): Develop robust, high-performance microservices with Golang. Handle complex logic, concurrency, and distributed system design.
  
• Frontend Leadership (React + TypeScript): Lead the development of responsive UIs using React.js, Redux/Context, Material-UI/Styled Components, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.
• Database Mastery: Design optimized MySQL schemas, manage migrations, optimize complex queries, and ensure data integrity for high-scale workloads.
  
• API Strategy: Architect secure REST APIs with versioning, pagination, rate limiting, and lifecycle management. Ensure robust security standards.

Tech Stack Requirements

Mandatory Skills: Golang (Senior Level), React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Git.
Cloud Proficiency: AWS (SQS, S3, RDS, ECS) or Azure/GCP. Experience with Redis and distributed caching is a plus.
Quality & Process: Test-Driven Development (TDD), Automated Testing, Code Reviews, Accessibility Standards (WCAG).

Leadership Expectations

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Drive technical strategy decisions regarding architecture and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI teams to translate designs into production-ready features.
  
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Bonus Points

Experience in Insurance/FinTech industries, building high-availability systems for enterprise SaaS, or deep expertise in AWS ecosystem services will be highly valued. Ideal candidates can join immediately.
