Golang Engineer

Role: Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer (Golang + React)

Type: Remote – India

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead engineer to architect, build, and scale next-generation SaaS platforms serving millions of users. You will lead initiatives across modern frontend development, Golang backend services, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems while contributing technical leadership to the platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy: Design scalable SaaS platforms supporting millions of users; influence technical strategy and architecture decisions.
• Development: Build reusable components, libraries, and backend services using Golang, React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and modern CSS frameworks (Material UI, Styled Components).
• API Design & Optimization: Create robust REST APIs with proper lifecycle management, security, versioning, pagination, and rate limiting. Optimize SQL schemas, migrations, and complex queries.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS/GCP/Azure using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and managed services (SQS, S3, RDS, ECS).
• Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, participate in architecture discussions, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaboration: Translate UI/UX designs into production-ready applications and ensure high performance, accessibility (WCAG), and reliability across all layers.

Requirements

Mandatory Experience:

• 8+ years designing and scaling enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in Golang, React.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.
• Proven track record with Microservices Architectures, Distributed Systems, and Cloud-Native Applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST API Design, TDD/Automation Testing, Docker, CI/CD, Git, and AWS/GCP/Azure.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Redis, PHP backend development, specific SaaS platforms, or regulated industries (Insurance/FinTech).
