Golang Developer

Brevo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Golang expertise to join our dynamic engineering team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, scalable backend services that drive our core product offerings. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from architectural decisions and design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. We are looking for an engineer who excels in a fast-paced product environment, thrives on solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing robust backend services using Golang, building fault-tolerant and scalable systems capable of handling significant data volumes and traffic, and optimizing database performance for MySQL and MongoDB. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs, contributing to system design discussions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop new features, internal tools, and integrations will be a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses over 3 years of backend development experience, with a strong command of Golang, including its idioms and concurrency patterns. Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL), schema design, performance optimization, and building scalable, distributed systems is essential. Familiarity with caching technologies like Redis and message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly desirable. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills are required, along with comfort in CI/CD environments, Git, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
