Golang Developer

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jaipur, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with immediate joiners preferred. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Golang development.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient development experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding and implementation of REST APIs.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra.

Desired Skills:

• Java 8
• Spring Boot
• Microservices architecture.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, followed by 6+ years of experience in Golang development.
• Proven experience in application design, software development, and testing, ideally within an Agile framework.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control in team environments.
• Experience with open-source frameworks, including contributions to open-source projects, is a significant plus.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Cassandra) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop high-volume REST APIs.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Github Actions, Jenkins, or Gitlab CI is a plus.
• Experience with automated build and test frameworks is beneficial.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and apply them to software development.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• A proactive approach to taking risks, experimenting, and sharing innovative ideas.
• Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Knowledge of the payments industry.
• Experience with a variety of distributed technologies and coding languages.
• Exposure to a broad range of software languages and payment technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of independently identifying and completing critical tasks with a sense of urgency.
